This series are portable O.D mounted pipe cutting machine with the following advantages:lighter weight,minimal radial space,easy to operate.They are widely used in the fields of petroleum,chemical,natural gas,power supply construction and so on. This machine is driven by hydraulic motor,adjust the cutting speed as your requirement,provide continuous power.
Driven by the servo motor of high power PLC control system,control the speed of the feed. It can realise stepless (speed) change regulation.
Performance
1.Split frame technology,easy to install.
2.Close control was achieved by touch screen, and the remote control.
3.Automatic feed mechanism,high efficiency with good quality.
4. Mounted in one time, can be used for cutting and beveling at the same time.
5.Can be used for treatment of pipes materials: different grades of carbon steel,stainless steel and alloys.
6.Cold cutting process will not influence the quality of the material of the pipe.
